Celtic Neighbours
Celtic Neighbours is the development agency supporting cultural collaborations between minoritised-language communities and groups across the Celtic world and more widely in Europe.
Y Fro/ The Neighbourhood is an active network of cultural and language-support organisations from smaller cultures across Europe. All of us are committed to working together for change, and all of us welcome interactions with new contacts and potential partners.
Y Fro exists to share and stimulate ideas and initiatives, and together to mount cultural projects that remove the sense of isolation affecting speakers of small languages.
Who we are...
We come from a range of organisations across Europe, drawn together by the desire to mount cultural projects that remove the sense of isolation that can affect speakers of small languages.
